Behavioral learning strategy used during instruction and learning operates on a theory of â€Å"stimulus-response† based on involuntary and automatic behaviors called Classical Conditioning and/or Operant Conditioning which involves positive or negative reinforcement which focuses on strengthening or weakening of voluntary behavior (Hoy 2012). Behavioral learning strategy has played a huge role in enhancing my own learning. I personally use negative reinforcements consistently throughout my learning. I study and work hard to remove the aversive stimulus of failing or not doing well on an assignment. Studying and working hard in all my classes has greatly enhanced my learning on not only my educational goals but as well as knowledge about myself. In studying and working hard I have been able to agree great knowledge in the foundations of biology and have gained admiration and respect for the discipline, which in return encourages me continuing learning and thus enhanced my lear ning. During my fieldwork experience, I observed a few behavioral strategies used during instruction that seemed to have a positive affect on the classroom as a whole. This type of observation did not just occur one time, it occurs continuously throughout all the observations I have witnessed.
